This page explains pricing, plans, and free usage. All fees are VAT exclusive.
Overview
- Unit price decreases as monthly usage increases according to tiers below.
- Same rates apply to Batch STT and Streaming STT per tier.

Notes
- Charges are progressive by tier boundaries (graduated pricing).
- For T3 and above, contact us in advance to enable the tiered rates.
Billing and metering
- Aggregation unit
- Minimum billable unit per audio file or streaming session is 10 seconds.
- Actual usage under 10 seconds is rounded up to 10 seconds.
- Usage is accumulated in seconds then converted to hours (seconds ÷ 3,600).
- Example: 5s → rounded to 10s → 10 ÷ 3,600 ≈ 0.0028h
- Example: 95s → counted as 95s → 95 ÷ 3,600 ≈ 0.0264h
- File-based (Batch STT)
- Counted by total duration of the audio file
- With multi-channel option, sum durations across channels
- Real-time streaming (Streaming STT)
- Counted by streamed audio time while the session is connected
Example for 2,500 hours/month
- T1 (0–1,000h): 1,000 × 1,000 KRW = 1,000,000 KRW
- T2 (1,001–2,500h): 1,500 × 500 KRW = 750,000 KRW
- Total charge = 1,750,000 KRW
- With VAT (10%) = 1,925,000 KRW

- All users start on the Basic plan.
- If you need invoice-based billing instead of card payments, a separate contract is required.
